Our perception is distorted in its process due to the influence of representation and the concepts by the past experiences. Vipassana meditation is an insight meditation in order to get wisdom through the awareness of one"s body, feelings and mind. It help us see objects as they are and be present to accept the present. Vipassana meditation make us to empty our mind and connects us with super-consciousness which is beyond consciousness and subconscious.
This attitude of mindful meditation is related with epoche or non-judging on the objects, and getting out of self-identification in results and we can expect creative, free and positive attitude of life.
In this paper I argue that how mindful meditation and super-consciousness are related, and that how some science philosophers and philosophers of old, modern and contemporary times thought upon the limits of human consciousness which are related with requiring non-judgemental attitude and with needs of meditation.
